The Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee area is a destination renowned for its family-oriented attractions and shopping. It is located at the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the most visited National Park in the U.S., attracting over 11.4 Million visitors annually.
The site is located at the intersection of Hwy. 66 and the soon-to-be completed Veterans Blvd. By-Pass Road six miles south of I-40, at Exit 407. In addition to being department store anchored, the site will consist of more than 376,000 sq. ft. of junior anchors, retail shops and fine restaurants.
The site is part of the Bridgemont 1,000 acre master planned development, which includes the new Sevierville Events Center, Wilderness Lodge and indoor/outdoor Water Park, a 36-hold golf course, parking garage and two (2) hotels. |
