Landstown Commons Reports Seven New Retail Leases that Total 33,200 Square Feet of Space

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Dec. 5, 2007) -- Landstown Commons, the 500,000 square foot upscale retail and lifestyle center The Goodman Company of West Palm Beach is developing in the Gateway corridor of Virginia Beach, recently signed seven new retail tenants that total 33,200 square feet of space.

Robert Saffran, SCLS, senior vice president of leasing for The Goodman Company, said the newest tenants include:

Landstown Commons, located at the corner of Princess Anne Rd. and Dam Neck Rd. across from the Sentara Medical complex and office park, recently celebrated the opening of Kohl's Department Store, Bed Bath & Beyond and Office Max. Other tenant openings in the first phase include Justice, Lane Bryant/Cacique, Rack Room Shoes, Five Below and GameStop. Buffalo Wild Wings will open on December 10th.

When the second phase of Landstown Commons opens in the spring, the 500,000 square foot center will be nearly 100 percent occupied.

Spring openings will include Best Buy, Petsmart, Ross Dress for Less and A.C. Moore.

The Goodman Company is currently developing over five million square feet of upscale retail and mixed use projects throughout the southeastern U.S.
