Goodman began his career in the general contracting field, constructing institutional buildings and developing supermarkets, service stations and small shopping centers in eastern Pennsylvania. Based on his knowledge and expertise, The Goodman Company broadened its scope of operations through the development and management of larger shopping centers, as well as other commercial property. The Goodman Company maintains their offices in the Phillips Point complex.
Mr. Goodman is a long-time member and trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has previously been ranked as one of the leading developers and managers of shopping malls by Shopping Center World, a highly regarded trade publication.
