The Shops at Wiregrass, located within Wiregrass Ranch, a 5,022 acre planned, mixed-use development. The property is located at the northeast corner of State Road 56 and County Road 581 also known as Bruce B. Downs Blvd. State Road 56 is a new highway that opened in December of 2001. This important highway interchanges with Interstate 75 approximately two miles to the west of the site and extends through Wiregrass Ranch to Morris Bridge Road to the east.
